French Onion Soup is a perfect chilly-day soup. The secret to making this soup amazing is in the caramelizing process to get the onion’s sweet and rich flavors out. I haven’t had a lot of French Onion Soup but Patrick and I both agree that this is one of the best that we’ve had, and he’s even compared it to the one he had in France.
It’s quite simple but just takes some patience and time for the onions to get going… Enjoy!
